Why is moving away from somewhere even for a short time so hard

Love comes in many shapes and sizes.

We share our love with family members, our pets, friends, partners and colleagues.

.

I have met amazing humans on my journey and have had the honour of ‘owning’ (as we never really do own) many pets. Each one of them and my experience with them imprinted on my soul.

.

As I prepare to venture down south and packing up the apartment here I like to steal moments like these with this little rascal.

.

Our Covid baby 😆. Come to us at a time where we needed some extra magic and a good dose of pure and unconditional love in our lives.

.

Now this precious being will be vacationing at my special friends place in Vienna during my absence.

.

Why is it so hard to leave people, pets and places behind when we know we will be back again soon.

.

Currently struggling with this aspect. On the one hand I find myself open and free flowing ready to venture anywhere and on the other holding on to the memories, the love and all the known.

.

We are creatures of habit right, and I suppose are here experiencing all that we set out to. But gosh am I going to miss this little being so much.

.

Thank you @nickynatalie_com for being her fairy 🧚🏼‍♀️ godmother for the time that I’m away. Couldn’t be more grateful for you taking little Evie in.

I know she can be full of sh*t. But has so so so much love to give and loves her belly rubs and kisses too ☺️.

In case i go quiet on here as I know many have felt already, these are always turbulent times for me energetically and something I’m still learning how to transition from one place to another with more energetic ease and grace 🤪.

.

Any Tipps you have for me are more than welcome please.
