Your personal data (e.g. title, name, address, email address, telephone number, bank details, credit card number) will only be processed by us in accordance with the provisions of Austrian data protection law. The following regulations inform you about the type, scope and purpose of the collection, processing and use of personal data. 

I would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail or via non-encrypted websites) can have security gaps. A complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible.

Inventory data: 

Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties outside of the contract processing without your express consent or without a legal basis. Your data will be automatically deleted 3 years after the last contractual agreement. Your personal data, insofar as this is necessary for the establishment, content or modification of the contractual relationship (inventory data), will only be used to process the contract.

You have the right at any time to receive free information about the data we have stored and to request the correction of incorrect data or the blocking and deletion of your stored data. We have taken technical and organizational precautions to protect your data, particularly against loss, manipulation or unauthorized access. We regularly adapt our measures and precautions to ongoing technical developments. 


Google Analytics: 

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service from Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies, text files that are stored on your computer and that enable your use of the website to be analyzed. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. We have activated the activation of IP anonymization for our website so that your IP address is shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the USA and only be shortened there. 

On our behalf, Google uses this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity for us and to provide us with other services relating to website activity and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.
