Service Description

This will be a 8/ 10 week course offered twice before the end of the year. 8 weeks course starting October 12. - December 7. 10 weeks course continuing till - December 21. Dates for 2024 course to be confirmed. Yoga-Barre Classes are uniquely designed with the combination of: Yoga exercises for concentration, flexibility and relaxation & Barre exercises for strengthening the body. For you to get the best of both practices for a wholesome balance being. Yoga Barre adds that additional resilience and conditioning training so needed for us over 40's ladies! Fabulous for bone density too!
