This will be a 8/ 10 week course offered twice before the end of the year. 8 weeks course starting October 9. - December 4. 10 weeks course continuing till - December 18. Dates for 2023 to be confirmed. Yoga, used as a tool for assisting one to balance mind, body and soul through asana (postures) and pranayama (breath work). Herewith activating the flow of your energy learning to bring yourself back into balance and harmony, grounding, moving with mindfulness, awareness and herewith cultivating inner peace and consciousness for yourself and the world around you.
