How to survive the chaos. . . .

Finding peace and stillness in our daily lives through mindfulness and meditation is a complete game changer.



It’s something that really assists me in finding my balance. Bringing my focus and attention back to where it matters the most and that is the present time.

Too often we worry about things that happened in the past or things that might happen in the future.

.

As we all know it’s only the present moment that we need to focus our attention on.

.

.

Finding a quiet spot or not (as not always accessible) but allowing oneself to turn within even for just a moment, a minute or as long as one can be still assists in centering our thoughts.

.

Moving from the outside of the hurricane into the centre from where one can move forward from in a grounded and clear manner.

.

.

Start small and build your meditation practice up from there.

.

.

I now need to set a timer for myself when I meditate as I move into such a blissful state of being that I don’t want to come out of it again.

.

.

This too is not good as one needs to be able to solidly be grounded in both worlds, our spiritual practice as well as our physical form and life here on earth.

.

.

What you will find too is that little things will start bothering you less and that the happenings of the world you’ll begin to understand in a whole new light 💡.

.

.

We are here for a human experience but once you learn you are a spiritual being with access to you higher self, teachers and spirit guides you will start to realize what your role is here. Start to focus on this and bring yourself into your soul's purpose.

.

We spend far too much time meddling in others business or getting upset about things.

.

.

Yes if you can make a difference, then do it. But if you’re sitting around discussing and being angry about it rather meditate on it for clarity and guidance and move forward from there.

.

.

Anger = sadness / frustration / helplessness which in the end will only harm you and your loved ones.

.

.

Sending love, peace and clarity to you all.

.

.

Take a deep breath, move into your heart space, centre, ask for guidance and move forward from there.

.
