This will be a 8/ 10 week course offered twice before the end of the year. 8 weeks course starting October 11. - December 6. 10 weeks course continuing till - December 20. Dates for 2023 to be confirmed. Yoga, used as a tool for assisting one to balance mind, body and soul through asana (postures) and pranayama (breathwork). Herewith activating the flow of your energy learning to bring yourself back into balance and harmony, grounding, moving with mindfulness, awareness and herewith cultivating inner peace and consciousness for yourself and the world around you. Our men's classes are fun and lighthearted, with our strong point being stretching and strengthening in order for the group to become more flexible in aid to assist with prevention of injuries or recovering from minor injuries. Staying flexible and healthy is very beneficial to our other sporting activities too.
