A perfect triangle for physical, mental and emotional balance
On our journey of life, we are often thrown some very interesting curve balls - some of which we are able to dodge, some hit us and knock us off our feet and some we’re able to catch and dance with grace. Those that knock us off our feet throw us off path and cause us to lose our balance and personal equilibrium. Our road ahead is therefore not as smooth, happy and pain free as we would like it to be.
Our body, this amazing vessel that assists us in living our lives to the fullest, is made up of many different layers. The three main aspects of our being are our physical, emotional, as well as mental aspects that make us who we are. Now imagine a triangle with one side being the physical, the other the emotional and the third the mental side.
If one of these sides was slightly lengthened or shortened, what would happen to the other two? Yes, you’re right, they would all lose shape a bit and our perfect triangle would no longer be perfect, would it? This is exactly how our body functions. Once we get thrown off course we’re off balance and parts of our being don’t work or function as well as they used to. This can lead to emotional or physical pain as well as mental exhaustion.
Sometimes working out what went wrong and trying to fix what happened isn’t as easy as we might have hoped. This is where I step in and together, you and I will be able to bring your being and body back into balance, finding your very own personal equilibrium again, giving you the tools to approach your very best life.
Practicing Personal Equilibrium
Is a platform where I have brought all my tools together to assist you on your journey of health and wellbeing. Whether it being a physical, mental, emotional ailment or blockage that you are experiencing. Together we have the tools to assist you through these allowing for you to find a sense of balance within it all and doing life as best as you can!
Our assessment sessions are typically your 1st consultation where we discuss where you are at,
what is currently going on for you and work out a goal and way forward together.
Setting up a program suitable for you.
A program could comprise of the following:
— Physical Balance —
Body Alignment sessions 1 - 3 typically to begin with, Yoga therapy to maintain the work assisting the body in strengthening areas of weakness and loosening areas of tightness. Sometimes followed up with Kinesiology working on a more cellular level.
— Emotional and Mental Balance —
Spinal Flush, Yoga therapy & Kinesiology
— Blockage or feeling of being stuck —
Spinal Flush, Energy work, Yoga therapy and Kinesiology
Sometimes making use of all of these tools or only those suitable for
your current needs which can change as the journey unfolds.
